Postage and Returns

All items will be send via Australia Post using tracked postage.

For smaller items up to $24 it will be $5.50, letter with tracking

$25 to $69-- $9.50 small satchel with tracking

$70 - $135 -- $13 medium satchel with tracking

$135 and above  -- free shipping

Local pick is possible

 

Judora’s Place will not accept refunds or exchanges due to change of mind purchases or incorrect choice due to the failure of reading the description of the item. Please bear in mind that colour schemes may vary from screen to screen, contact Judora’s Place if you need more info.

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery, should the item be faulty or incorrect, to sort out the issue. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back before contacting Judora's Place first. If an item is to be returned, it is at the customers expense, unless it is fauly.

All items at Judora’s Place are handmade and greatest care is taken to provide consistency. It is possible that some products can show imperfections or slight variations in size, print placement or appearance, which is just the beauty of handmade production and not a major fault.
